Ran a dev shop for three years. Team of 6–8 engineers, 16 products shipped. Also took on consulting work for companies that needed senior engineering talent without building a full team.

At Swiggy, led a small team that built a meeting productivity tool used by 500+ senior staff — saved about 1,200 hours of meeting time every month.
At TrueBeacon (Zerodha), built the customer-facing portfolio management dashboard and real-time data integrations.
At MPL, ran website-to-app conversion and accessibility work.
